1. Acceptance of Terms

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your full name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 99abk login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99abk support immediately. 99abk will not be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Raast and bank transfer withdrawals follow standard banking timelines. The processing time quoted refers to 99abk's internal processing — the time for funds to appear in your wallet or bank account may vary slightly depending on your provider.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy security and anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play that have not completed their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus issued by 99abk carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be bet before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household and IP address unless stated otherwise.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 99abk covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan), football, esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 99abk. The platform reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stakes or restrict markets for any account at its discretion. Bets are confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until you see this confirmation.

7.2 Odds and Errors

99abk makes every effort to ensure odds are accurate and up to date. However, in the event of a manifest error — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — 99abk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets are accepted on selected events and markets. During live betting, odds change rapidly in response to match developments. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Network delays may affect the timing of in-play bet placement — if a significant event occurs between bet submission and confirmation, 99abk may void the bet at its discretion.

7.4 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets on specific outcomes that become impossible due to event cancellation (e.g., top wicket-taker when a match is abandoned before completion) will be voided.
• For cricket specifically, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is used to determine results in rain-affected matches where applicable.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day and per account. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and within the sports betting terms. 99abk reserves the right to reduce maximum winnings for accounts identified as professional or syndicate bettors.

8. Casino & Games

The 99abk casino section includes slots, table games, live casino and crash/arcade titles sourced from certified game studios. All games are subject to the following conditions.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games on 99abk use certified random number generators provided and maintained by the respective game studios. The outcome of every game round is independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

• Colluding with other players in poker or any other competitive format.

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, match fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing and losing bets.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

99abk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to 99abk.
• Accounts identified as belonging to minors.
• Reasonable suspicion of problem gambling where continued play would be against the player's interests.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account will be held during the review period. If the investigation concludes in the account holder's favour, funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be withheld in proportion to the nature of the breach and any losses caused to the platform.

You may also choose to close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 99abk support. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed through your usual withdrawal method.

• Indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
